This review is for the blood lab specifically. I had a great experience coming here and didn’t have to wait at all. I have small delicate veins and I’ve had phlebotomists completely give up after 3-5 tries in the past. Sheronda listened to my past experiences of where usually works and doesn’t on my arms and was knowledgeable and kind. The visit was very quick and I would definitely trust her again in the future.

I was there for a head injury maybe I don't remember that great but it was in pain, they gave me tylenon and aI went for a catscan to zap my brain see if I had a head concossion, every nurse and personel was so nice, I was talking and wanted to fall asleep, they were so great with me brought me snkaks and sodas, my male nurse was amazing brought me a chocolate! Where was I, in a suburbian hospital full of injured people, I got lucky that day, I was there from 6pm. to midnight! I made friends with the sheriff and all the officers coming by with the injured and they are also injured, why do we injured and harm each other? Because we are belic! Anyway, my experience was amazing, very proud to see our medical communiuty of youth and heartwarm medical professionals save our lives! THANK YOU FOR SAVING OUR LIVES! I LOVE YOU!

We came to this hospital for a surgery consultation. Everyone there was kind, compassionate, and caring. The campus was beautiful, and the parking garage was convenient. Thank you highland hospital for making a hard day a little easier.

This is the hospital with the most sincerely caring and highly experienced staff. I would drive an hour to this hospital any day. I kept thinking I was lucky to have this nurse, or that doctor until I discovered they were all competent, skilled, empathetic and kind.

Was in a horrific auto accident. Was in 24 hour care for 5 days. Just checked out last night. The staff here go above and beyond. They are truly amazing people and obviously are in their "calling". I would mention some names, but would leave a couple out (lots of drugs) and feel bad. They know who they are! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! God bless you! Shawn

I have received care from multiple departments at this hospital; however, one department stands out for its consistently exceptional quality of care. The receptionist and staff are so nice and helpful. I take my dad here for his appointments and they always treat him with kindness. The nurse practitioner in the adult medicine clinic was also wonderful. She took her time and explained everything in detail. It is so different and refreshing compared with our visit to another hospital where doctors were in a hurry.
